Each piece is made-to-order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items purchased through our online store or website. Accordingly, we urge customers be 100% confident in their choice of style and the appropriate sizing before placing an order. Once the order is processed, your jewelry will go to casting and cannot be altered at that point. In some cases, but not all, styles may be resized at the request of the customer if, and only if, the customer agrees to pay the additional fee for labor, material and shipping costs ahead of time. RYN Jewels LLC is not responsible for any alterations or changes once an order has been placed.
